Cancellation Policy

Due to the popularity of our treatments and procedures, it is necessary to make an advance appointment  reservation for any of our services. 

Pallas Athena Skincare and Aesthetics has a 24-hour cancellation policy.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule,  please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.  All cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.  Missed appointments/no shows will be charged a $50 fee. 

Return/Refund Policy

Once products, service packages, and pre-paid treatments are purchased, no refunds are made.  If there is a valid  medical reason as to why you cannot utilize the Medical Spa service that you purchased, we will allow you to use your remaining balance towards other services offered by Pallas Athena Skincare and Aesthetics, of equal value. 

Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase.  If there is an allergic  reaction to the product you purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt for a full refund if you purchased the product after consulting with one of our skin care specialists.

Treatment Outcomes

We, at Pallas Athena Skincare and Aesthetics, are committed to serving you in the best way that we can.

We will be honest in all our dealings with you.  The practice of medicine and aesthetics is not exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person.  Payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a guaranteed result as it is virtually impossible to predict results.  Although a good outcome is expected, and a reasonable effort will be made to establish realistic expectations, there cannot be any warranty, expressed or implied, as to the results that may be obtained. 

Revisional Treatment or Treatment of Complications

Occasionally additional treatments and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required. These could  result in additional charges for which you may be responsible.  Any and all risks and complications of medical treatments/procedures can result additional surgery, hospitalization, time off work in which expenses will be shouldered by you. 

Policy against Treatment Elsewhere

Here at Pallas Athena Skincare and Aesthetics, we see to it that all of your skin concerns are addressed with the  treatments and skincare products we have to offer.  However, to achieve best results, we strongly advise that you do not use skincare products or undergo treatments at another facility or practice without prior notice to your skin care specialist.  We greatly appreciate your consideration and compliance with this policy and we’ll make certain that you receive a safe and comprehensive treatment plan.

Tipping and Gratuity

Gratuity is not accepted for physician services.  However, it is customary to give a gratuity to your facial aesthetician  if you are satisfied with the service received.  The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.

Rights Reserved

We will try to communicate policy changes with you in advance wherever possible thru different platforms and  media channels.  However, we do reserve the right to change our policies without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Privacy Policy

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service.

What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us.  Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

  • Services/treatments are available by appointment only, we do not accept walk ins. We strongly encourage that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing consent forms, or other paperwork, using the bathroom, etc. 

  •  If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you without disrupting other client appointments. (In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment). 

  • ​During your consultation, we encourage you to ask questions, express your concerns, and share with us anything you want us to know.  Part of getting to know you and providing personalized support involves reviewing your medical history.  Certain medical conditions and medications can influence our approach to your treatment – so you will be asked to provide a list of your medications, past medical conditions, and areas of concern. 

  • ​Unless otherwise stated, models are used throughout this website. Individual results and patient experience may vary and not guaranteed depending on many factors.  Not all patients feel or achieve the same results.
